ABL:Radio – Down Tiempo – Mixed by Rich Woods
Regular listeners should know by now that we zig, and every once in a while, we zag. Rich Woods makes his third appearance on ABL:Radio with a departure form his presumed techy beats from mixes "Sardonic" and "Transude."
This episode is about down tempo and time. Sounds from Leftfield, International Observer, Clinic, Engineers, and Aphex Twin will fill you with delectation and solace. Before throwing on Eno next time, this might do the trick.
Rich wanted us to mention this mix wasn’t done live, but with Sound Studio on a Mac. He originally compiled the mix for his friend’s cocktail hour prior to their wedding ceremony. The results are … engaging [pun Klaxon sounds!] Cheers and enjoy!
