ABL:Radio – I Deride – Mixed by Carrie White[noise]
There is something about Carrie’s mixes that I can only compare to that sense of satisfaction you get after eating a meal consisting of Southern fried chicken, collards, black-eyed peas, and corn bread. It’s exactly what I wanted, right now! We’re happy to have Carrie back on ABL:Radio for her second episode (her first episode is here). She recently closed-up my birthday party at Lido Bar with her soulful mix of indie-electro beats and she had me out shakin’ my ass until 4:30 am.
If you’d like to catch Carrie’s sets, she spins every Sunday at Savalas Bar, and occasionally at Boogaloo in Williamsburg with the Black Van, Machine Punk crew.
