The Very Versatile Sabra Hummus

Published by Erin at 10:11 am under Food and Drink

HummusOK. I love Sabra hummus. In fact, I consumed an entire extra-large container of it over the past two nights. However, I had no idea the product could be sculpted into a bust of Bloomberg.

Interesting.. I was thinking of various culinary uses like replacing ketchup, mustard, and mayo on hamburgers with sabra hummus. Maybe I should start thinking of other uses like sculpture.. gap filler.. maybe it can be used as some sort of facial mask..

Gross. :) I seem to remember hearing about this on NPR yesterday as I was trying (unsuccessfully) to wake up.

I think that Bloomberg should be sculpted out of putty, not one of my favorite dishes.

Whoever heard of hummus that was solid enough that you could sculpt it into something? There’s no way that thing is actually edible.

A Bloomberg So Yummy You Could Eat Him With Pita

There are worse things in life than a republican mayor – especially a fake republican like Mike Bloomberg, but there are better things. A hummus maybor is definitely better. The one above is sculpted from the famously addictive NYC

This sculpture could only be made out of unadulterated Sabra if it were cooled to a point at which the massive (and so tasty) fat freezes. I suspect there is some kind of sub-surface sculpture made of a less tasty material.
